52 Weeks of Collage, Week 31

Green.

Hello,
Welcome to Week 31, of 52 Weeks of Collage!!!  I'm very appreciative of your time and attention.  Thank you for joining me for this year long journey.  Today's collage is very simple.  Its 99% gluing images from magazines to a surface.  There is 1% of stamping with acrylic paint.  In the image above: above the question "who is the kindest person you know?'  there is 3ish faint green leaves stamped using acrylic paint.  To the bottom right of the same area is some grunginess that was created by stamping with a darker green acrylic paint and a balled up piece of paper.  Yessss, using a balled up piece of paper as a stamp is fun and easy.   And unpredictable.  To use this technique grab a sheet of paper anything and everything works (printer paper, notebook paper, magazine paper, aluminum foil, waxed paper, etc).  Ball it up good and tight.  While its balled up, pounce it into a thin layer of wet paint.  And stamp with it.  Fun, right?  You can also unball the paper, ball it up again and pounce into a new color of paint.  Sometimes you will get bits of the first color along with the 2nd color and that's fun too.

Green Collage. Magazine image of a tree. Along with other pieces of paper that are green or include green like pink flowers on a green background, green grungy stamped leaves, and green tissue paper.

Collage can be as simple or as complex as you'd like it to be.  It's completely up to you!
Till Next Week,
