Sola wood is derived from the root of the tapioca plant. It is my first experience with  these artificial flowers. They are flexible but not as flexible as silk, I ripped two of them. I am really enjoying hand painting them. I purchased the flowers in a natural off white color. More details in the coming days.  For now, Think Spring.
