52 Collages, Week 48

EMPTY.

The word empty gives me images of high contrast black and white.  Maybe the wet, cold, rain/snow/hail mix weather has something to do with it😐.  

I started this collage with some mark making as a background. 

Then I located images that gave me that feeling of contrast.  In the collage I layered things in a way to emphasise the contrasts, such as curvey lines next to straight lines.  Or small aged text next to larger newer text.  

Week 48 Final Collage, Theme:  EMPTY.
